Refund Policy

Refunds for the Software purchasing shall be regulated by this Refund Policy.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AS IT DETERMINES YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASES, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

General

In case you have technical issues with the Software, which cannot be fixed by Customer Support Center, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with Refund Policy outlined below. However, we are convinced that most of claims for refund may be avoided if you accept professional help from our Customer Support Center.

Refund Conditions
Subject to the applicable law and to this Refund Policy conditions, you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days following the day of your purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below;
No refund will be issued after 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
The claim for refund may apply only to the primary (first) subscription.
If you purchased additional subscription/s in another order, no refund will be issued. Your refund may be issued only once. If you buy another subscription at a later time, it will not be subject to the same refund request.
No refund will be issued in case the user has lost its private encryption key, which has resulted in loss of data, temporary loss of access to the user’s control panel or any other inconveniences for the user.
No refund will be issued in case a user refuses to re-install or re-link Software in the event of the performed upgrade of the operating system on the target device.
No refund will be issued in case a user’s target device is not in compliance with the procedures to spy on an iPhone with only phone number.
No refund will be issued in case the target device has lost connection with subscription due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or update to the latest operating system version.
No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond control. They include, but are not limited to:
• a target phone is not owned by a user or target phone number to spy on iPhone with only number is not correct;
• a target phone does not have Internet access to spy on iPhone with only the number (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem, etc.);
• the carrier operator is changed by a target phone number user that leads to the loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of Software to spy on the iPhone with only the number;
• update of operating system of a target iPhone Spy with the number;
• a target iPhone spy with number was reset to original factory settings configured to spy on iPhone with only the number;
• a user does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team via email or telephone call;

• a user did not receive the data that had been saved on a target phone before remote installation to spy on iOS with the phone number;
• a target device runs unsupported operating system. The following operating systems are NOT supported: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry 10 or Bada.
• a user intended to Spy on iPhone with only the number on more than one target device after purchasing one subscription plan;
• personal reasons (I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);
• a user is either unable or does not want to Hack iPhone with only the phone number (for iOS) or root (for Android) to utilize advanced features (WhatsApp, Skype, Viber monitoring etc.), which are provided by the purchased subscription;
• The Software was unlinked or damaged by anti-virus software, target device’s owner or other services.
No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond control. They include, but are not limited to:
• a user does not have iPhone number to spy and relative credentials for a target device or they are not up-to-date;
• iCloud backup cannot be activated to a target device by a user, even though it is technically possible;
• a target device does not have daily WI-FI connection;
• change of carrier leading to loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of our Software;
• a user does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team via email or telephone call;
• a user intended to use our iPhone spy with number more than one target device after purchasing one subscription plan;
• personal reasons (I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);
• a target device does not have enough space in iCloud for saving backups and a user is not able to increase it;
• a user did not receive the data that had been saved to iCloud account before Software installation.
• 2-factor/2-step verification is enabled on a target device and a user is either unable or does not want to disable it.
Third-Parties’ Products
No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond control. They include, but are not limited to:
• change of carrier leading to loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of third-parties’ products;
• a user does not follow the installation guidelines of third-parties customer support team via email, phone or Live Chat;
• personal reasons (I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);
• a user did not execute or the user violated guidelines, instructions, terms of use, license agreement and/or other agreements, documents and recommendations, offered by providers of such products about the correct use.
Phone Support
We offer ways to spy on Phone with only the number Support service for users seeking a highly personalized level of technical support via phone call. Users may obtain privileged technical phone support on the matters of re-installation, explanations how the advanced features work, and a user may be provided with a guide for jailbreak/root for a target device.
Phone Support service is non-refundable in any case.
Users may use mAssistance for remote access to a target device to perform jailbreak/root, installation, customization etc (via TeamViewer).
This optional service is non-refundable.
Users that do not select Phone Support Services and/or mAssistance will continue to have access to standard technical support and standard support options offered at no additional charge (via e-mail or Live Chat only).
Subscription Prolongation
Non-refundable.
Upgrades / Downgrades
No refund will be issued for Upgrades or Downgrades to or from subscription plans.

Refund procedure

You are required to send your refund request to the Billing Department. We do not accept refund requests made via Live Chat. The refund decision shall be made as soon as possible. In case of the refund issuance please note that per each transaction 9% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover fees charged by banks and payment processing companies.

Chargeback

In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company or cryptocurrency payment (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of any subscription plan(s), you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us. Account reactivation is processed at our discretion and only after our receipt of the unpaid purchase(s).

Fees, incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a Payment Provider, and disputes that require accounting or legal services shall be covered by you. Our reinstatement fee is currently set at $450 (US Dollars).

Our reverse engineering training tool for android and iOS developers provides a list of basic services that must be accomplished by the user. These task only requires that clients provide accurate information on the targeted device for the phone to be hacked remotely.

Compatibility Policy

This article describes our commitment to compatibility of target devices for the Software application remote installation.

It also describes how a user may introduce changes to a target device for the Software installation.

PLEASE READ THE COMPATIBILITY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR SUBSCRIPTION.

Compatibility Policy provides the following requirements for different target devices and operational systems:

Requirements for Hacking iOS devices:

  • The target iOS to be Hacked remotely must be running iOS 7 – 13+ with or without Jailbreak;
  • The target iPhone to be hacked remotely or hacking iPad must be connected to the Internet;
  • You do not need physical access to the target device to remotely hack an iPhone with phone number.

How to Spy on iPhone with just the number without Jailbreak

  • Compatible with all iOS versions to spy on iPhone with the number;
  • The device must be internet-enabled to allow iPhone spy with number;
  • You do not need physical access to the device if you already have its iCloud credentials and two-factor authorization is not activated. If two-factor authorization is activated and/or iCloud backup is not enabled, you will need physical access to the target device or you can simply spy on iPhone with just the phone number.

Requirements for Android smartphones and tablets:

  • The target device must be running Android 4+ to spy on phone;
  • The target Android device must be connected to the Internet;
  • You do not need physical access to the device to Spy on the iPhone with only number;
  • Instant messenger tracking works on Androids.
  • Facebook, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi Networks and Gmail monitoring on Android require the target device number to spy on an iPhone remotely.

Legal info

You are aware that before installing the Software you are required to check the compatibility requirements for your target device. In case your device is not compatible with the Compatibility Policy, you may not install and use the Software application and all negative consequences and responsibility will be borne by you.

Note

If your target device is compatible with these requirements, we may not guarantee that all the features of Software under the subscription plan will correctly run on a target device. It may contain bugs, which should be fixed in future updates.
